Culture shock noun
A confused or surprised feeling someone has when they visit a country or place that has a very different culture from their own.
Living in Vietnam for years, it's was a real culture shock for me when moving to India to study.
What was your biggest culture shock in Vietnam?
I don't know Italian, so I experienced a significant culture shock after moving here to work.
Confusion made worse than before.
1. Used to talk about a clump of hair or fur vomited up by a cat.
2. Used to indicate something that is in a condition of disorder or confusion.
3. Someone who is annoying or unpleasant, especially when intoxicated.
4. How terrible!
Used to say that someone is in a distressed, perturbed or excited state
